At EDGE Fitness & Strength we believe that everyone who steps through our doors is an athlete– regardless of age or actual athletic ability.
Regardless of your current fitness level and program you choose to do here at EDGE, our coaching is directed towards several common goals that intend to help you live a healthier, happier and more fit life. Our primary goals are to get stronger, increase cardiovascular power and endurance, move better, and increase our overall physical preparedness with each workout. No matter who you are or what shape you are in, we treat everyone who walks through these doors as an athlete. Every set, rep, and weight is designed to improve each one of the previously mentioned aspects of your physical performance. We will meet you where you are and help guide you to where you want to be.
Along with an electric atmosphere, challenging workouts, and world-class coaching, the personal nature of the relationships between members and coaches is what has built EDGE Fitness and Strength’s stellar reputation in the Indianapolis area.
EDGE has seen some amazing physical and mental transformations of its members as they go through the programs. Much like any other worthy accomplishment, getting started is usually the hardest part. But ask any EDGE member and they will tell you how much they have changed. What was once something they dreaded doing for a variety of reasons (severely out of shape, fatigue, previous bad experiences at other gyms/boxes), now has become something they look forward to and are excited about doing. They are now eager to face challenges in the gym because they have experienced physical success and want more. They look forward to seeing their fellow EDGE members who have now become accountability partners and friends. Only until you get into the program will you truly understand that this place becomes about more than just the workouts and trying to get in shape.
“This place is like the show Cheers, except instead of beer and bar food, its loud music and barbells.”
